Morgan's Biography
F. Morgan Roberts is Pastor Emeritus of the Shadyside Presbyterian Church of Pittsburgh. Following Morgan’s 47 years of pastoral ministry in several congregations, he served as an adjunct member of the faculty of Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary, supervising the Field Education Program, working with doctoral candidates, and teaching the advanced preaching practicum. He is a member of the Society of Biblical Literature.
His publications include Are There Horses in Heaven? and A Beautiful View. He also coauthored with John Mulder 28 Hymns to Sing Before You Die, 28 Carols to Sing at Christmas and various chapters in multi-volume works on theology and biblical studies. He and his wife, Nora, enjoy their blended family of 9 children, 30 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren.
